2.What is the minimal quantity for an order?

The minimal quantity for an order is 100 pcs but you can order samples at any quantity for the first purchase.

3. Can you meet the client demand about the subject, style and size?

Our special artists are familiar with a variety of the subjects, styles, and sizes of the oil painting and skillful to paint them to satisfy the desire of the client. .

4.How do I order?

It´s easy to order at Richart Painting. If this is your first time buying an oil painting,
or if you are sending a painting as gift to someone! As you browse our shopping pages, click the painting you like "Add to Cart.". When you’ve done shopping,check the items in your shopping cart, make any necessary changes, and complete the ordering process.Then we will email for you to confirm.

5. For your Gallery wrap paintings, if you only offer the three sizes you mark on the website?

The sizes 20x24inches,24x36inches and 36x48inches are the best size we suggested. Of cause if you want to order them in other size, we could also do the gallery warp for you.

6. How long will it take until I receive my paintings?

All paintings are hand-painted by our skilled artists and normally delivery
period is about 12-15 working days from the date we receive your payment.
Once the order is ready, our customer service will send you images to confirm.
When we have your confirmation to ship, we will arrange to ship them by
Express which only takes 2-3 working days.

7. What is your guarantee policy?

100% Money back Guarantee. Prior to shipping we will e-mail you a picture of your painting to obtain your approval. If you do not like the painting after 3 times amendments by email preview, we will cheerfully refund 100% of your initial payment. We suggest you check sample photo carefully before shipping, but we will still take care for your every request after you get painting.
